Booking
Confirmation of a place will only be made once a deposit has been received. This is a non-refundable deposit for 25% of the total fee to be returned with the completed booking form. The remaining fee must be settled no later than 30 days before course.
Attendance
In the event of a participant not attending or completing the course the full fee is still due, except in special circumstances when an alternative course place may be offered.
Our cancellation
Every effort will be made to ensure the course is delivered however in the event of the course being cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control the course will be rescheduled or places offered on other courses.
Your cancellation
If, for any reason, you need to cancel the following payment will be charged:
100% of your course fee for a cancellation 30 days before the course
50% of your course fee for a cancellation 40 days before the course
25% of your course fee for a cancellation 60 days or more before the course
